Your property manager will be responsible for the ins and outs of the letting process. We’ll conduct a rental valuation of your property to ensure the rental amount you’re charging is correct. Once we’ve agreed on an amount, it’s our job to find and vet suitable tenants on your behalf.
We also collect rent for you and transfer it to you directly on the same day. This ensures payment is always on time, so you don’t need to worry about chasing anybody.
We’ll create and supervise the signing of the tenancy agreement. We’ll take the pressure off your shoulders by monitoring your tenants against the recognised agreement and flagging any issues that may arise.
It’s our responsibility to conduct thorough inspections to ensure your property is being treated in line with the tenancy agreement. If we see something that isn’t right, we’ll report it to you immediately.
If we come across repairs that need to be carried out, we’ll have acquired and held the deposit from the tenants on your behalf and, if appropriate, we’ll use it to pay for the repairs, so you won’t have to do anything.
