The Glasgow office is one the most recent franchises, established in 2006 and has recently become ARLA registerered in Sept 2015.
The office is situated in the convienient West-End of Glasgow at 199-201 Maryhill Road, G20 7XJ. The office is easily accessible for tenants and landlords with on-street parking, bus routes and underground station.
We are open Monday - Friday and Appointment Only on Saturdays. The emergency line is active after 9pm through till 9am, 365 days a year.
Partner - Naveed Younas joined A&S in April 2017. Naveed has built his knowledge over a short period of time and has shown his competence by completing his level 6 in Residential Letting & Property Management Scotland. He continues to provide landlord and tenants with high standards of customer service while over seeing task are completed with in the regulating standards set by ARLA. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends & family
Partner – Sana joined A&S in 2011, after leaving school. She has progressed during her time with A&S substantially. She continues to manage and maintain our promotional material for Facebook & Twitter. During her time at A&S Properties Sana has completed various courses to help enhance her skills. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time with family and travelling the world.
Arslan Akhtar is now a qualified tradesman who continues to volunteer with A&S. Arslan is the winner of City Building Apprentice of the Year 2016. He was the well-deserved winner attending his classes and sites during the week and volunteering on weekends with A&S showing a great sign of dedication. Arslan enjoys carrying out maintenance work for the A&S team and works on a trial and error basis putting to the test all the knowledge he has learned so far from City Building. In his spare time, Arslan, enjoys playing football and video games.
