Our Head office in Perth first established in 1996 covers all properties within Perthshire. We offer property maintenance, services for landlords Perth and a catalogue of great rentals.
We are situated on the main aerial route into the city centre at 7 County Place Perth Ph2 8ee, parking is ample around our office in numerous car parks i.e. Newrow, Leonard St and Thimble Row and only a five-minute walk from Perth Bus and Railway station. The office moved after major investment in to a bespoke property centre to no.7 County Place Perth after outgrowing our original office at no.1 in June 2015 and we employ a dedicated team to serve you the Landlord and Tenant 24/7 365 days a year.
Partner associate and the founder of A&S Properties in 1996 invested within the buy to let market and never looked back. Avey Mohammed born and bred in Dundee then moved to Perth in 1995 worked in a spectrum of businesses from retail, hospitality and distribution to finding his way into the real-estate. Starting from just one small office in Perth back in 1996, our business has thrived throughout the years to have now achieved a successful award winning business with three offices in Dundee, Perth and Glasgow. Avey in his spare time loves cooking, his cars and spending time with his family.
Partner associate within the business, Sana Mohammed was born and bred in Dundee and then moved to Perth in 1995 with her husband, Avey Mohammed.She worked alongside Avey in a spectrum of businesses from retail, hospitality and distribution.Her hard work and dedication has helped both of them build their own inependent family award-winning successful business. In her spare time Sana enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and loves gardening.
Israr Ahmed is a self employed property agent within the business and has been for several years. He migrated from Pakistan in 2006 to study Accountancy at Dundee University. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family.
Linda joined us in July 2018 as a Property Manager after having worked in a variety of roles within the retail sector for many years. She likes to socialise with friends and family. She is a very happy and approachable person who is willing to help where she can .
Claire joined the team in the start of 2019. Her responsibilities will be the day to day handling of all letting enquiries marketing and setting up viewing appointments. Claire is lively, bubbly and very approachable making her a fantastic edition to the team.
Ben Joined the team in the start of 2019 after leaving school to start his apprenticship with us. His responsibilities are the day to day handling of all letting enquiries, marketing and setting up viewing appointments. Ben is talkative, approachable and always happy to help. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
