The ESTAS, a kite mark of excellent service for property professionals, has announced the winners of the Letting Agents of the Year category, as voted for by tenants.

Regional winners, based on customer feedback, include companies such as NGU Homelettings, Hills Residential, and Logic Estates.

“At The ESTAS we believe the best way to judge the performance of a property professional is to ask their customers, it’s that simple,” said the event’s organiser, Simon Brown.

“We live in a world where the consumer decision making process is influenced more and more by customer reviews so The ESTAS provides a kite mark of excellent service for any property professional involved in the home moving process,” he added.

The national gold award, as rated by tenants, went to Lynks Estate Agents, with silver going to Plymouth Homes Crownhill, while Home Finders at Richard James picked up the bronze.
